Congratulations on taking the important first step towards mental wellness. It is an incredible leap of faith to entrust your life stories and struggles to a stranger. This is why I work with the focus of collaboration with my clients so that you feel safe to explore your experiences without being pushed too hard in areas you may not be ready for. We will figure that out together.
I specialize in treating adults, individuals and couples, struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues. I can assist you in exploring possible roots of these issues and identifying coping mechanisms to utilize while processing your experiences.
I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy and narrative therapy to focus on how our thinking about situations impacts the way we react and respond.
