My journey in therapy began with a deep commitment to serving diverse communities, including my own South Asian heritage. I understand the unique cultural dynamics, values, and challenges that individuals and families from South Asian backgrounds face. Through my specialized training and experience, I have developed an approach to therapy that integrates cultural components to better meet the needs of the South Asian community.
