Get to Know Me
Life often feels like it’s moving at a pace we weren’t designed to keep. Whether you are navigating the profound identity shift of motherhood, trying to find your way back to your partner in a relationship that feels more like “roommates,” or simply feeling the weight of anxiety and daily stressors, you don’t have to carry it alone.
My practice is deeply rooted in supporting mothers and couples, using the Gottman Method to help partners move from disconnection to security. I have a specialized heart for the “mental load” and the unique challenges of parenting, but my door is open to individuals from all walks of life. Whether you are navigating a major life transition, managing ADHD, or working through depression, my goal is to provide a space where you feel seen, heard, and respected.
My Therapeutic Style I describe my approach as building a “ladder” together. You already possess the internal strength and resilience to move forward; my role is to provide the clinical tools, deep insight, and the occasional bit of humor to help you climb. My style is warm, direct, and active. I blend evidence-based practices like CBT and Narrative Therapy with a psychodynamic lens to help you understand your story while taking practical steps toward the life you want.
I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative partnership—one where you are the expert on your life, and I am your dedicated advocate for growth. Let’s work together to build a foundation of peace and confidence, one rung at a time.
